1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
Delivery Locations: We ship across all states in India.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹1,000.
- Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹50.
Delivery Time:
- Orders within India typically take 5-7 business days to be delivered, depending on the location.
- In remote or rural areas, delivery times may extend to 7-10 business days.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping details.

We deliver Poorvika Foods products to select international destinations.

2. Delivery Terms
Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business Days: Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Address Accuracy: Ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
P.O. Box Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Provide a valid street address for delivery.
3. Return and Refund Policy

Eligible Products: You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order.
